The incubator, located at 751 Park of Commerce Drive, provides initially more than 6,000 square feet of space equipped with the elements that entrepreneurs need to succeed, including a large conference room, small conference rooms,19 individual offices, a lounge area for networking and training, and a kitchen. The EDC is accepting applications for Phase II.

“We are excited to a deliver an innovative solution for early stage companies in Boca Raton as part of our mission to help catalyze and support South Florida start-ups and entrepreneurs,” said Rob Strandberg, CEO of EDC. “Our plan is to create a ‘business greenhouse’ and provide start-ups with a smart working and learning environment and comprehensive resources and tools that they need to flourish.”
